Foreign Companies Should Provide High Benefit from Oil Revenue to Cambodia

It looks as though Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen isn't too happy with US Oil Coporations' reactions to his proposals that they channel revenues from the estimated 700 million barrels of crude oil off the Cambodian coast.
