World Champion Female Boxer Released from Jail

After almost 7 years in jail, world boxing champion Samson Sor Siriporn has been released from prison on parole as a reward for her sporting success. Siriporn won the World Boxing Council (WBC) female light-flyweight belt in April while she was a prisoner on drug charges. The Bangkok Post carried the story.
